This level is for managers, supervisors, team leaders and those with authority in managing a team of people. To manage a team efficiently and effectively with profit and non-profit-oriented results, one must possess excellent team management skills. This level will cover these skills in-depth and in detail, guaranteeing one’s team management capability to be effective.

PART 1: SKILLS
Module 1: Organization Skills

Any businesses success, management of its people, organizational events and management, tasks, need a manager or team leader who is highly structured with great planning capabilities. This includes personal organizational skills, organization of its team, resources and events. This module will equip you with the efficient ways of organizing people, events and resources plus its benefit and its role towards a manager and the businesses’ performance.

Module 2: Emotional Intelligence Skills

As a manager who is managing a team and also managing finances, you must have the general knowledge of financial management. This will enable you to make substantive and effective financial decisions but also understand the position and trend of the business as a whole financially. Issues such as statements of profit, loss and other comprehensive incomes, statements of financial position, statements of changes in equity, cash flows, financial analysis, use of ratios and much more are the basics for any business manager to understand. All of these will be covered in this module

Module 3: Customer Relationship Management Skills

hen talking about people management we also talk about managing the customers who keep our businesses existing. Customers are among the important assets in any business alongside employees. At DMG we strive at creating a mutual benefit between the company and the customers hence our motto “Your Win Our Win”. But also we do our best to use systems in managing our customers namely Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system so as to manage all company's relationships and interactions with customers and potential customers technologically. This concept includes contact management, sales management, productivity sustainability and more which will all be addressed in this module
