Module 1: Courage

To successfully move from ones comfort zone you need to have a commercial audacity and nerve to take on difficult or any task in any given setting. This module will look into how one can be courages in undertaking different tasks with great courage and self-belief in comparison to the business need. Participants will understand the true necessity of courage in a business setting.

Module 2: Determination

This module focuses on the true power and necessity of one to possess a willpower both personally and in a business setting. The module looks into different successful people in different aspects from sports, music and entertainment and successful businesses with case studies. Participants will understand the importance of determination compared to the current business trends, how to grow their determination scale and its contribution to their career paths and employers.

Module 3: Ambition

The focus of this module is that one needs to be ambitious or hungry to reach the highest intended goals to the fullest. The module gives an exhaustive ground and effective viewpoint to one becoming ambitious personally and for the business and also how it will be contributing to the performance of a participant and the performance of the company.

Module 4: Going Extra

We cannot make extra ordinary results by undertaking the same routines as the average man or else we will keep getting average results, we need to be more than average and this is the focus of this module. The focus of this module is to impart the participants with extensive knowledge on how to go an extra mile compared to other settings or viewpoints be it business or any field. Participants will understand the role or contribution of going extra in comparison to successful results and the how.

Module 5: Creativity

This module focuses on providing the participants with a sense of creativity for business. It gives the participants an enlightment and overall importance of creativity in business, its necessity, its role in the business undertakings and success by taking into consideration both the national and international successful businesses. It will also give an insight on the difference between creativity and innovation. The current business market needs intensive creativity for success, this module will address all of the above as a whole.

Module 6: Diligence

To be successful in a long-term one needs to be diligent. This module focuses on broadening the knowledge of participants in understanding the true meaning of diligence in relation to the demand of business. It gives an insight of the main components for one to practice diligence effectively for successful results and as a leader

Module 7: Trustworthy

The module aims to raise awareness and in-built a trustworthy character to all participants. It provides an insight on the important points as to why one needs to have trustworthiness in a commercial setting and its benefits in the long run in a participant’s life, career but also in business as a leader.

Module 8: Loyalty

A person’s loyalty in business is among the basic character for successful and fruitful long term substantive business relationships. This module aims at enlightening participants on that; meaning the true commercial benefits of one practicing loyalty as a business person, employee and a leader. Furthermore on its beneficial aspect in the long run for business.

Module 9: Humility

This module focuses on imparting participants with the knowledge and familiarity of being energetic in the workplace and its contributing factors towards business profitable success. The module involves the contributing success of being energetic within a person, within teams, with supervisors and within a business setting as a whole.

Module 10: Communication Skills

This module focuses on communication for business. The participants will get knowledge and insight on the proper ways to communicate effectively and professionally for business undertakings. It will also involve the importance of communication in relation to long lasting and constructive business relationships both internally and externally.

Module 11: Chapchap Skills

“Chapchap” as a word used in the DMG culture to mean “proactiveness” entails one to act upon things as earlier as possible for effective results. In this module the focus is to provide participants with the business importance of being proactive but also how one can possess chapchap skills as a leader in relation to the business need and the external market trends

Module 12: Problem Solving & Decision Making

Businesses and companies work under a lot of uncertainty that later on bring in problems that need quick decision making for quick solutions. This module aims at imparting all participants with a step by step knowledge and skills for problem solving but also decision making capabilities that are result oriented for business and for leaders.

Module 13: Project Management Skills

This module focuses in giving the basic and exhaustive skills in managing projects from end to end as leaders. It will involve an insight on the exact meaning of projects, project management and how to manage projects to bring results. As leaders we need to have a project management sense, this module will cover on that for all participants.

This module addresses this by providing the key manners of negotiating beneficially for business. It also looks into different successful business people negotiation skills and make a comparison to current business trends. The participants will be imparted with all such knowledge accordingly through this module.
